◢ DESCRIPTION

TYF-DB-TB-5 Large Format Slab Centipede Workbench (6,8,9,10,12,15,18 Legs) - Factory Direct OEM/ODM Solutions for Wholesale Distributors - Enhance Your Tile Cutting Efficiency

1. Reinforced Aluminium Alloy — Ultra-Light Yet Strong
High-grade reinforced aluminium alloy frame. The 6-leg model weighs just 3.5 kg, yet supports 600 kg. Lighter than steel alternatives without sacrificing load capacity.

2. Up to 1,800 kg Load Capacity
Load ratings from 600 kg (6-leg) to 1,800 kg (18-leg). The 10-leg model handles 1,000 kg at only 6.2 kg — outstanding strength-to-weight ratio for daily professional use.

3. Optional Wheels for Mobility
Supports optional wheel attachments to roll a fully loaded workbench across the workspace. Unique feature among centipede workbenches — ideal for professionals who reposition frequently.

4. Seven Configurations, Uniform 85 cm Depth
6/8/9/10/12/15/18 leg options with consistent 85 cm working depth. Width scales from 62.5 cm to 286 cm to match any project size.
◢FAQ
What is the maximum slab size this workbench can support?
The largest configuration (18 legs) extends to 119 × 286 cm, comfortably supporting slabs up to ~2.8 meters in length. For standard 120×240 cm or 160×320 cm large-format slabs, we recommend the 15-leg (119×230 cm) or 18-leg model respectively. Always ensure the slab overhang is evenly distributed.
How heavy is the workbench? Can one person carry and set it up alone?
Yes! The lightest 6-leg model weighs just 3.5 kg, and even the largest 18-leg model is only 12.3 kg thanks to the aluminium alloy construction. Every configuration folds compactly and includes a carry bag, so a single tiler can easily transport and assemble it without assistance.

What’s the difference between leg counts — which one should I choose?
More legs = larger support area + higher load capacity.
Here’s a quick guide:
6–9 legs: Small jobs, vanity tops, splashbacks (600–900 kg capacity)
10–12 legs: Standard bathroom/kitchen tiles, medium slabs (1,000–1,200 kg)
15–18 legs: Large-format slabs, stone countertops, commercial projects (1,500–1,800 kg)
Match the leg count to your typical slab size and weight.
Is this workbench stable enough for cutting and processing slabs?
Absolutely. The centipede truss design creates a rigid, multi-point support structure that prevents wobbling or flexing under load. The reinforced aluminium alloy frame resists deformation, and the multiple ground contact points (up to 18) ensure stability even on slightly uneven job site surfaces. It’s built specifically for professional slab cutting, laying, and fabrication work.
Does it come with wheels? How do I move it when loaded?
The base product includes a carry bag for storage and transport. Optional wheels are available as an add-on accessory for easy repositioning on site. For moving a loaded bench, we recommend lifting and repositioning with a partner or using the optional wheel kit — never drag a loaded workbench to avoid damaging the legs or the floor.
What materials can this workbench handle? Is it suitable for outdoor use?
The reinforced aluminium alloy body is corrosion-resistant and suitable for both indoor and outdoor use, making it ideal for porcelain, ceramic, quartz, marble, granite, and natural stone of any type. The aluminium construction won’t rust like steel frames, so it handles humid bathrooms, outdoor patios, and wet cutting environments without issue. Just wipe it dry after use for longest service life.
