In the 1970s in Hangzhou, China, a legendary craftsman named Mr. Hu was a well-known master of making mechanical tools. He was deeply revered by everyone in town, as most local families and factories relied on him to build effective tools and solve complex technical problems. Realizing the great potential of his skills to impact the entire industry and craft of tool-making, Mr. Hu decided to pass along his proprietary technology and methodology to his daughter, Jessica Hu, and her husband, John Jiang, to scale his vision.
